Terms of Use
These minimum terms describe the current invitation-based YUAN private beta. They are not final paid-service terms.
Purpose and eligibility
YUAN provides BaZi-inspired content for personal reflection and self-discovery. It is not fortune-telling certainty, medical or psychological care, legal or financial advice, or an emergency service. Do not rely on a reading as the sole basis for an important life decision.
The private beta is intended for invited adults. Stop using it if the experience feels unsafe or inappropriate for you, and seek qualified help when you need professional or emergency support.
Beta access
Access may be limited, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn while YUAN is tested. Invitation codes are single-use and must not be sold, published, or used to access another person's reading. Keep the browser that created your reading under your control.
The current private beta does not collect payment. Pricing shown on the site describes the intended one-time Full Reading direction and is not a live offer to purchase. Any paid launch requires separate checkout, refund, access, merchant, and customer-support terms.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the information and optional question you submit. Do not submit another person's private information without their permission, unlawful material, credentials, or content intended to abuse or disrupt the service.
You may use your generated reading for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, or misrepresent the service or its output.
Availability and responsibility
Beta output may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unavailable. YUAN may use fallback or boundary responses and may decline to answer unsafe questions. The service is provided for testing without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Founder decision needed before Production
The contracting legal entity, business address, minimum user age, governing law, dispute venue/process, intellectual-property license details, warranty disclaimer, liability cap, suspension/termination rules, paid-service terms, refund policy, and official support contact are not confirmed. Founder and qualified counsel must approve final Terms before Production.
